Smoothies X Skincare



Who doesn’t love some cold fruit or green smoothies? I know I do, they are so refreshing! Love love love making them especially when I can almost see results from the fruit, antioxidants, healthy mix after 7 days.



Here are my top 3 smoothies that give your skin the glow it deserves.

The Beauty Detox Smoothie


Ingredients 
1Pear
1 Lime 
4 ice cubes
One cup of Spinach 
One cup of Watercress
One cup of Parsley
1/2 Ripe Avocado
*Blend together*

If you are looking for a huge difference in your skin, this is the drink for you. It helps with blemishes, brightens your eyes, and gives you a nice glow. It contains lutein for brightening the eyes, Vitamins C and A for skin cell renewal, Vitamin K for reducing puffiness, erasing dark under-eye circles and fiber with a low glycerin index which is less damaging to collagen and smoothens the skin. 

The Glowing Skin Berry Blast


Ingredient
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1/4 cup of Raspberries
1/4 cup of Strawberries
1/4 cup of Kale
1 non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
2 teaspoons of Fax Seeds
1/4 cup of water

I really like this one because berries are sweet and I tend to have a sweet tooth every so often. Berries are the best sources of antioxidants. This rehydrating glow smoothie boosts you collagen production, helps with your skins elasticity and protects your skin from harmful sun rays. Lets glow with this berry blast.

Skin Cleansing Smoothie


Ingredients
3 cups of water
1 lemon 
1inch of ginger
4 inches of cucumber
1/4 cups of mint leaves
4 cubes of ice
*Blend together*

This is a cleansing green smoothie with a really powerful detoxifier. It reduces bloating, detoxifies your blood, aids in digestions, and flushes toxins from the liver and kidneys. It is a very refreshing drink but if you are not used to detoxing, I would suggest you start with something less powerful or strong. 

These are really great recipes and as I mentioned, you see results on the inside and out. I usually drink it for one week before I start a diet or just to stay refreshed and GLOW BABY GLOW!
